Hey all,
The 'etcskel' package that shipped with CS 1.2 was missing
the default .bash* files that get installed in home directories
when a user is created. This has caused the problem with folks
literally having no path, not even /usr/bin by default.
The "root" account did not have this problem as root's default settings
are installed by a different package.
