i have tried going into MacOS and opening the BootX control panel, it runs, but
when i get the blinking cursor (after it lists the sys' profile) it doesnt' do
anything. i cannot type, quit, anything. i have to restart. I am running macOS
8.6..i used the disk utilites from OS 8.5...
