Both machines have no patches from us.. they've all made their way into
the true kernel source. Grab a copy of VGER (cvs.on.openprojects.net)
2.2.12.

You can try it right now. See the instructions on our RS/6k page. Let me
know if you have any questions about the procedures.

> 3. Can I install and use this using just an rs-232 terminal? We put most of our Rs/6K's in the data center and since terminals and switch boxes are cheaper than graphics cards and monitors, we tend to buy terminals. We run X remotely from our desktops though, so I would need the X server running.

Give it a try and let me know... I'm not positive if I put in serial
console support.

I'll put up some instructions soon. Bootable cds are another story, but
will happen.
