Into the last release of LinuxPPC 2000 Q4, the KDE version is 2.1.1.
All the applications listed in the previous article are very slow all
round, execute simple option or drag and drop or writing is very slow
(much slower than Os X 10.0.1).

Sure, I apologize to already not mentionned it.

PowerBook Wallstreet PDQ (ndlr. rév.2)
128 Mo Ram
ATI Rage 128 LTPro w/Mach64 chip
233 Mhz with 512Ko backside cache N2
14"1' XGA in 1024x768, 32 bits

I tried the SuSE 7.1 PPC (KDE 2.0.1) one and she's fast as LinuxPPC (KDE
2.1.1); but YDL 2.0 (KDE 2.1-10) is terribly slower compare to others distros.

Thanks for helping me :)
