Well - that seems to be my whole problem - there was no /lib/modules/<kernel
version>/net directory after I upgraded to 2.4.4 kernel - and I didnąt look
before the upgrade so I don't know if it was there ever.
I downloaded the driver update from the scyld site and followed the
direction for building new drivers - but I think it must be a 1386 dependant
set up because the driver does not work - you wouldnąt mind sending me your
driver, would you ?
