    Mr. Perry,

    I think its a problem with your testing apparatus. Modems often give
poor results that are up to 50% in deviation from that expected. Try
accessing the machine via Ethernet to determine if there is a performance
issue.

    If you would like another test case, try accessing our anonymous FTP
server, running Proftpd, at arborhost.com.
