Well I have ordered two more Linux books (Running Linux and a
Practical Guide) recommended by others. Also downloaded the entire
How-to html. I believe these will provide great insight into many
general and practical problems, but not this one. All I want to do at
present is set a simple network configuration. Frustrating. There
seems to be no help anywhere at all, in any place for this common
situation. Makes me think I'm much dumber than the average newbie.
